SIMTAG ASHLEY

The SIMTAG ASHLEY is a three-pedal sim racing set (throttle, brake, clutch) built around automotive-grade racing pedal hardware, the three-pedal equivalent of the SIMTAG IRIS. The base is a Tilton 600 forged aluminum three-pedal floor-mount assembly modified by SIMTAG. The brake uses a Wilwood hydraulic master cylinder measured by a Bosch pressure sensor. The throttle uses a Bosch automotive throttle position sensor. Cosworth automotive dust and moisture-proof connectors are used throughout for maximum reliability in continuous use. The GRENADE system (a SIMTAG proprietary hydraulic push-cylinder) provides adjustable brake feel and resistance via an adjustment cap. Brake pressure can be tuned via Simucube 2 True Drive software or a USB controller. All pedal pads and angles are individually adjustable. Structure is FEA-optimized. PTFE-coated aluminum clevises and oil-impregnated bronze bushings at pivot points minimize friction and wear. Connection options include D-SUB 15 (for Simucube 2 with prepared connections for rally shifter and handbrake) or LeoBodnar USB HID (also with prepared rally shifter and handbrake connections).
