Product Overview
The Thrustmaster TMX Force Feedback is an entry-level sim racing wheel system compatible with Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It uses a belt-driven mechanism to deliver force feedback and includes a 280mm round rim wheel and a two-pedal set (clutch + accelerator, or brake + accelerator depending on configuration). The TMX is positioned as the most affordable force feedback option in Thrustmaster's Xbox-compatible lineup.
The TMX connects via USB and uses a magnetic sensor for steering position detection. Force feedback strength is lower than the TX and TS-XW Racer platforms due to the simpler motor and belt configuration. The wheel clamps or bolts to a desk or cockpit. The included pedals use a two-pedal configuration.
The TMX is designed for entry-level sim racing use. It is not compatible with all Thrustmaster add-on wheels due to the different connector and lower voltage supply. Upgrading to the T3PA three-pedal set may require verifying pedal connector compatibility. Force feedback is active in simulation titles that support Xbox and PC force feedback wheels.
