The Thrustmaster T248 is a sim racing wheel system using Thrustmaster's hybrid drive mechanism combining a motor and magnetic force feedback system. It delivers force feedback with built-in resistance mechanisms and offers a combined maximum force output of 5Nm on PC and reduced values on PlayStation. The T248 includes a 28cm diameter round wheel with an integrated screen for rev lights and telemetry data display.
The T248 is compatible with PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The built-in screen displays rev lights, gear indicator, and basic telemetry data without requiring external hardware. The wheel includes 11 action buttons, a D-pad, two paddle shifters, and a central rotary encoder. The unit connects via USB and mounts by clamp or bolt to a desk or cockpit.
Force feedback is compatible with major PlayStation and PC simulation titles. Pedals are included in the T248 bundle (T3PM three-pedal set). The T248 occupies the upper range of Thrustmaster's entry to mid-tier lineup with the integrated screen distinguishing it from the base T300RS and T150 models.
