Product Overview
The Thrustmaster HOTAS WARTHOG A-10C is a replica HOTAS (Hands On Throttle And Stick) system modeled after the controls of the A-10C Thunderbolt II ground attack aircraft as operated by the United States Air Force. It is one of the most highly regarded combat flight simulation HOTAS sets in the consumer market, combining the A-10C Warthog joystick grip and the dual-throttle unit in a full metal construction.
The joystick uses a magnetic Hall Effect sensor on all three rotation axes (pitch, roll, twist) with spring-centering and no twist axis — the A-10C stick has no rudder twist, as rudder is controlled via pedals. The dual throttle replicates the A-10C's split-throttle design for asymmetric engine control. Both units are constructed primarily from zinc die-cast metal with over 50 programmable buttons, axes, and switches.
The HOTAS WARTHOG connects via USB and is supported in DCS World with extensive keybind profiles available from the community. It is also used in IL-2 Sturmovik, Star Citizen, and other flight and space simulation titles. The joystick base uses a spring mechanism that can be adjusted or replaced by the user. The Dual Throttle and Flight Stick are also available separately.
