X56 H.O.T.A.S.

The Logitech G X56 H.O.T.A.S. is a dual-component HOTAS system from Logitech G's Saitek-heritage product line, consisting of a joystick and a separate throttle unit. The X56 targets mid-range military flight and space simulation users with more axes and buttons than the entry X52, including a dual-throttle on the throttle unit, a throttle friction adjustment, and numerous toggle switches and hat switches for a comprehensive cockpit button layout.

Both units connect via USB and are supported in DCS World, Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, MSFS, X-Plane, and other simulation platforms. The joystick uses a spring-centering mechanism with adjustable tension. The throttle includes dual split-throttle levers for independent engine control simulation and additional rotary and toggle controls for systems management.

The X56 is a direct descendant of the Saitek product line acquired by Logitech. It is designed for users who want a comprehensive button and axis count without moving to the HOTAS WARTHOG price tier. The RGB lighting on the X56 is configurable via Logitech's companion software. All hardware is included.
