The Gomez Sim Industries X-29 is a GT-style sim racing steering wheel measuring 290mm in diameter, making it the most compact wheel in the current GSI lineup. Weight is approximately 1100g with two paddles or 1250g with four paddles. The chassis is CNC-milled black anodized aluminum with an aluminum front plate. The X-29 is positioned as the entry-level GSI wheel.
Controls include 10 RGB LED buttons rated at 500gf actuation force, 3 rotary encoders, and 2 seven-way switches. The V3 CEMS (Compact Electromagnetic Shift) system uses N52 neodymium magnets for shift paddle actuation. Paddles are positioned at both middle and ring finger levels for flexibility in driving style. SimHub RGB support is included for LED configuration and rev light mapping.
At 290mm the X-29 is suited to drivers who prefer a compact wheel with less rotational inertia, or whose sim racing cockpit geometry favors a smaller diameter. The wheel is available in 2-paddle or 4-paddle configurations. A quick-release adapter is required for wheelbase attachment and is not included. The X-29 is USB wired and compatible with PC simulation titles using HID input.
