Asetek Elastomer Kit

The Asetek Elastomer Kit is a set of rubber elastomer inserts for use with Asetek sim racing pedal sets, providing adjustable brake pedal resistance through elastomer compression. Elastomers of different hardness ratings allow the operator to tune the brake pedal's resistance curve and progressive feel without modifying the pedal's load-cell sensor. Softer elastomers provide a more progressive, easier-to-compress initial feel, while harder grades deliver increased resistance. The kit typically includes multiple elastomer discs or cylinders in different durometer ratings. Installation requires the pedal's brake stack to be disassembled briefly to insert or swap elastomers. Compatible with the Asetek Invicta and Forte pedal sets where elastomer brake systems are fitted. The Elastomer Kit is a cost-effective way to significantly alter the brake pedal character without hardware replacement.
