Fanatec Podium DD1/2 Side Mount

The Fanatec Podium DD1/2 Side Mount is a cockpit side-mounting bracket specifically designed for the Fanatec Podium DD1 and DD2 direct drive wheelbases, allowing these wheelbases to be mounted on the side of a cockpit frame upright rather than the front face. Side mounting positions the wheelbase perpendicular to the standard front-mounting orientation, which may suit specific cockpit frame configurations or driver ergonomic preferences. Manufactured from powder-coated steel, the bracket attaches to standard cockpit frame profiles and accommodates the Podium DD1/2 mounting bolt pattern. The rigid construction handles the full torque output of the Podium DD series without deflection. All installation hardware is included. The Side Mount is particularly useful in cockpit builds where the standard front-mount position is not available or where side-mounting provides a better wheelbase-to-driver geometry for the specific frame configuration.
